Qualifications

• Appian Certified Developer or Appian Certified Senior Developer Certifications
• 1-2 years of experience working in Appian
• 3+ years of experience in successful software delivery or software development
• Knowledge of Appian platform essentials and suite of capabilities
• Experience with configuration, deployment, and testing of enterprise software applications, specifically Appian
• Strong problem solving and design skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Experience with software delivery methodologies such as agile/scrum

Responsibilities

• The Appian Senior Developer leads the design and delivery of complex Appian solutions, translating business needs into robust, scalable applications and executable workflows.
• This role is accountable for building dynamic user interfaces, designing complex business rules, and troubleshooting technical issues across Appian design objects.
• The Senior/Lead Designer brings experience in business process management and reengineering, integrations with web services, databases, and other systems, and leadership of Appian development teams.
• The role requires a deep understanding of Appian platform capabilities, proven enterprise software delivery experience, and strong communication skills to guide both technical and business stakeholders.
• Expected Deliverables: Supporting development of a modernized CaseTRAC system through technical design and development activities
