Vision Point Systems, Inc. (VPS) seeks a Senior Appian Developer to join our growing team.

This hands-on, client-facing role requires independently delivering complex Appian solutions while guiding other developers and ensuring delivery excellence. You will work directly with clients to translate business requirements into scalable Appian designs, lead a pod as needed, conduct design reviews, and mentor junior consultants.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on Appian development experience and 5+ years IT experience.
• Appian Certified Senior Developer or Lead certification.
• Strong experience with SAIL interfaces, process models, record types, Data Fabric, rules, and integrations.
• Experience in Agile delivery and working with clients.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and support Appian enterprise applications.
• Lead or provide technical direction to Appian teams.
• Translate client requirements into technical designs and specifications.
• Mentor junior developers and reinforce best practices.
• Conduct reviews, establish development patterns, and support CI/CD.
