Job summary

Sweet Apparel Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Sr. Production Coordinator to support apparel development in the sweater division.

This on-site role in Midtown Manhattan requires hands-on coordination across global factories, suppliers, and internal teams to meet delivery windows and maintain quality standards. The position emphasizes production calendar management, PO tracking, WIP monitoring, and cost negotiations.

Qualifications

• Experience in apparel production coordination and scheduling.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills under deadline pressure.
• Experience coordinating with overseas factories and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full production calendar aligned with seasonal buy plans and delivery windows.
• Issue, track, and follow up on purchase orders through all production stages.
• Monitor WIP, flag at-risk orders, and coordinate fabric, trim, and material sourcing timelines.
