Job summary

Insomniac Holdings, LLC is seeking an Apparel Product Line Sr. Merchandising Manager to lead end-to-end strategy, design briefing, and commercialization of seasonal apparel collections.

You will analyze market trends, manage lifecycles, and align with financial goals to deliver consumer-right products. This role requires in-office presence in Henderson, NV 3–4 days per week with travel to various event/office/warehouse locations as needed.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years+ experience in apparel product line management and product design/merchandising.
• Bachelor’s degree in Merchandising, Fashion, or a related field.
• Strong experience in apparel merchandising, product management, or retail buying.
• Deep understanding of retail math, financial metrics, and consumer trends.
• Must have extensive knowledge of raw materials and garment construction.
• Extensive experience working and communicating with domestic and international manufacturers.
• Proven ability to provide leadership, supervision and direction to peers through development process.
• Ability to demonstrate capabilities through a costing exercise.
• Familiarity leading a team and working with a PLM system.
• Proficient in Adobe Suite and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written and must be able to actively and attentively listen.
• Must be able to travel 30% of time.

Responsibilities

• Must have experience building schedules, always keeping design and development on track.
• Product Strategy & Creation: Create consumer-right product briefs, build line plans, and guide the product creation process from initial concept to final sample approval.
• Marketplace Analysis: Analyze competitors, consumer trends, and business metrics to make informed, strategic decisions.
• Cross‑Functional Leadership: Partner with design, development, materials and marketing to ensure timely delivery and innovative apparel creation.
• Systems Management: Maintain accuracy in data systems, including Visual Line Plans (VLPs) and product creation tools.
• Go‑to‑Market (GTM) Support: Partner with merchandising on product sell‑in, ensuring that the product vision is effectively communicated to sales teams and partners.
• Recruit, hire and onboard various team members and vendors.
• Special projects as assigned.
