Job summary

Insomniac is seeking an Apparel and Accessories Product Development Manager within our Formula 1 division to lead factory cost conversations, BOMs, and material/trim decisions, ensuring alignment with financial goals. This is not a remote role and requires 3-4 days in the Henderson, NV office, plus travel to event, office, and warehouse locations as needed.

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years in product development, design or production in garment manufacturing.
• Experience negotiating costs with domestic and international factories.
• Strong ability to lead development timelines and manage BOMs.

Responsibilities

• Lead factory cost conversations and material/trim decisions.
• Build and maintain accurate BOMs and cost rollups.
• Manage sampling, prototypes, and QA against brand standards.
• Negotiate with international and domestic factories throughout the lifecycle.
• Maintain development timelines and track milestones; travel as needed.
