Job summary

Cella by Randstad Digital in Beaverton, Oregon is seeking a Senior Apparel Designer to lead end-to-end design for fast-to-market apparel initiatives. You will develop an initial concept through to final tech pack, partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure design fidelity and market readiness.

The role requires a strong portfolio and a track record of delivering in-line apparel products, with a Bachelor's degree in Apparel Design and exceptional organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of dedicated apparel design experience with a strong track record as an individual contributor and doer.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator) with proven experience delivering fast-to-market inline apparel products and chassis silhouettes.
• Proven portfolio showing a completed collection that has gone to market from initial sketch to final retail product.
• Bachelor's degree in Apparel Design or equivalent with exceptional organizational and cross-functional communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with cross-functional teams to design, sketch, and develop trend-right apparel chassis for fast-turnaround timelines.
• Translate seasonal concepts into market-ready physical and digital apparel products.
• Build comprehensive tech packs and collaborate with teams to preserve design fidelity from concept to consumer.
• Drive cross-functional alignment across graphic designers, color teams, and external partners.
