• Credentialed and privileged as APN at the practice site.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct APNs within designated service areas.
• Manage administrative operations including scheduling and workflow optimization.
• Prepare, implement, and monitor budgets and staffing plans.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop APN staff; evaluate performance.
