Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a Senior Software Engineer with customer-facing responsibilities.
• Strong programming experience in multiple languages (Python, Java, Go, C++, or similar) with production-grade apps.
• Deep expertise in distributed systems architecture, including microservices and API gateways.
• Experience with CI/CD, IaC, and DevOps practices.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containers (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Proven track record of designing complex system integrations in enterprise environments.
• Experience with REST, gRPC, GraphQL, and real-time protocols (WebSockets, queues).
• Strong security pattern knowledge and data protection in distributed systems.
• Excellent technical communication for diverse stakeholders.
• Must be a U.S. Person due to access to export-controlled information.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain the developer portal and SDKs for partner integrations.
• Design and expose APIs and SDKs for external developers.
• Provide leadership during partner onboarding and integration projects.
• Create reference architectures and proof-of-concept apps demonstrating Lattice capabilities.
• Collaborate with teams to influence platform roadmap based on real-world challenges.
• Review partner architectures and advise on optimization and scalability.
• Troubleshoot complex integration issues and provide hands-on support for deployments.
• Advocate best practices for secure, performant applications on Lattice platform.
