Job summary

Sherwin-Williams is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to design, implement, and lead platform initiatives within a service-oriented environment. You will mentor peers, develop API-based services, and drive technical excellence across teams.

Requirements include a BS in a related field and 4+ years in full stack roles with Java, Node.js, .NET, and OOAD. Expect a heavy emphasis on microservices, CI/CD, and cloud native development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/CE/IT or related field with at least 4 years of full stack development experience.
• Experience with Node/JavaScript, Java, .NET, and OOAD.
• Design and development of microservices and API-based distributed systems.
• Hands-on with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and cloud native apps.
• Experience with NoSQL (MongoDB) and CI/CD (GitHub Actions).

Responsibilities

• Design, integrate, and implement platforms in a service provider environment.
• Provide technical consulting to management, business users, and technical teams.
• Lead and mentor developers; drive solutions for client requirements.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance web applications and services.
• Architect application components for large projects; ensure code quality and testing.
• Handle project management, reporting, and client communications.
