Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services Limited is seeking a Technical Architect in Jersey City, NJ to design and build a scalable, enterprise API platform and reusable API framework. You will develop RESTful APIs with Java/Spring Boot, implement API gateway controls, and drive API security, governance, and performance across multiple applications.

Ideal candidates have 12+ years in architecture, hands-on API design, and experience with containers, CI/CD, and observability tools.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in software architecture and API platform engineering.
• Experience designing enterprise API platforms and reusable frameworks from scratch.
• Hands-on with Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, JSON, OpenAPI/Swagger, and microservices.

Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable enterprise API platform and reusable framework from ground up.
• Develop and architect RESTful APIs using Java and Spring Boot.
• Configure API Gateway capabilities including routing, load balancing, throttling, failover.
