Job summary
Tms Llc is seeking a senior technical leader with 10+ years of integration/API development experience and 5+ years of hands-on IBM API Connect (APIC) experience. The role focuses on designing, building, and delivering enterprise APIs in cloud-native environments using Kubernetes and OpenShift.
Ideal candidates will have strong API security skills (OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, JWT, TLS), experience with REST/SOAP, JSON/XML, and a proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable
Qualifications
- 10+ years of integration/API development experience
- 5+ years hands-on IBM API Connect (APIC) experience
- Strong Kubernetes knowledge and experience delivering APIs in containerized, cloud-native environments
- AWS and Red Hat OpenShift experience desirable
- Must-haves: APIC REST/SOAP services, API security (OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, JWT, TLS), JSON, XML, XSLT
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical designs and implementation plans
Responsibilities
- Lead design, development, implementation, and support of enterprise API/integration solutions
- Guide technical teams and mentor junior developers
- Drive end-to-end API lifecycle delivery and build scalable, secure services
- Align delivery with enterprise standards
- Oversee architecture decisions for microservices and containerized deployments
