Job summary

Deloitte is seeking an Integration Engineer II to design and implement API solutions across Azure, AWS, and GCP. You will work with MuleSoft, Apigee, Kong, Workato, BizTalk, or Boomi to connect enterprise systems and deliver scalable integrations.

You will lead technical design, API security, and SDLC across multiple environments, mentoring junior teammates and collaborating with cross-functional groups to drive client outcomes.

Qualifications

• 4+ years building backend services and APIs with modern languages.
• Experience designing integration solutions across on-prem and cloud.
• Solid understanding of integration patterns and architectural styles.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end system architecture across frontend, backend, and cloud.
• Define integration standards and design patterns for reuse.
• Create architecture diagrams and data mappings for implementations.
• Build APIs using Python/JS and integration tools (MuleSoft, Apigee, Kong).
• Develop RESTful APIs, ensure security (OAuth2/JWT), and handle versioning.
• Manage SDLC across Dev, Test, UAT, Production environments.
• Monitor performance, troubleshoot, and provide post-deployment support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor juniors.
• Travel up to 50% as needed to support client engagements.
