Phillips 66 seeks a Sr Engineer II, Advanced Process Control (APC) to act as a technical authority in APC, automation, and optimization across manufacturing facilities. You will design, implement, and sustain APC solutions to keep operations safe, reliable, and competitive while shaping adoption of new control technologies.

You will lead high-impact technical work, partner with operations and engineering, and influence long-term control and automation strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 6+ years in process engineering/design, process control, automation or APC in oil & gas or petrochemical industries.
• Experience with APC, control systems, and process optimization.

Responsabilités

• Lead design, development, implementation, tuning and optimization of APC and process control strategies to improve safety, stability, throughput, energy efficiency, and yields.
• Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses for APC applications and control upgrades.
• Manage APC projects from concept through startup, including scope, scheduling, and risk management.
• Develop and refine APC standards, specifications, and documentation to ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
