Job summary

PBF Energy is seeking an Advanced Process Control DCS Systems Analyst Sr. to support the refinery's DCS/PCN infrastructure.

You will collaborate with APC, Operations, and Technical teams to install, maintain, and troubleshoot DCS/PCN systems while strengthening cybersecurity and incident response measures. The role requires strong programming across platforms, plus expertise in network and information systems within an OT environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in industry supporting IT or Process Controls
• Experience with ICS cybersecurity standards (NIST, ISA/IEC 62443) preferred

Responsibilities

• Initiate and lead ICS projects plant-wide and at interfaces related to PCN architecture and cybersecurity.
• Serve as PCN System Domain Administrator – monitor DCS/PCN system performance and maintain compliance documentation.
• Install/upgrade/troubleshoot ICS, including Honeywell DCS and PCN hardware/software; ensure modifications align with APC best practices.
• Assist in strengthening cybersecurity of PLC/SIS and develop robust incident response plans.
• Maintain documentation and perform vulnerability assessments in coordination with cybersecurity teams.
