Rhombus Power, Inc. in Washington, DC is seeking an Intelligence Analyst to create impactful assessments on foreign military activities, weapons development, regional conflicts, and country stability, blending AI-derived data with open-source information.

The role requires deep expertise in China’s military capabilities and South China Sea operations, strong writing and briefing skills, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in International Affairs, Political Science, Economics, or related field.
• 5+ years of analytic experience focusing on Chinese military capabilities, weapons systems, and South China Sea operations.
• Experience writing intelligence products addressing client questions.
• Experience briefing on complex national security topics.
• DoD Secret or Top Secret clearance eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Identify impactful intelligence topics based on customer needs.
• Produce high-quality intelligence assessments following IC standards.
• Utilize Rhombus AI-informed capabilities and research skills to gather information.
• Identify information gaps and work with Model/Data Development to bridge gaps.
• Utilize structured analytic techniques to meet high standards.
• Brief finished intelligence products to stakeholders.
• Provide feedback to enhance Rhombus intelligence features.
