Job summary

TRM Labs is seeking an All-Source Investigator to lead targeting-driven investigations against scam networks. You will fuse on-chain and off-chain data to build actionable intelligence for law enforcement partners and TRM teams.

As part of a distributed team, you will draft legal process returns, identify operators, and translate disruption strategy into prosecutable leads. UK-based candidates preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of all-source investigative or targeting experience.
• Experience drafting and operationalizing legal process returns.
• Ability to pivot from a single victim to a network view.
• Strong ability to link and pattern analyze across data sources.
• Excellent written communication for memos and leads.
• AI fluency and ability to accelerate analysis using AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Run legal process end-to-end against scam infrastructure and convert returns into targeting-ready intelligence.
• Trace scam networks geographically and operationally using on-chain and off-chain data.
• Process high-volume returns and feed data into TRM's pipelines.
• Identify operators behind operations and uncover multiple leads.
• Translate disruption strategy into targeted packages for investigations.
