Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Input accounts payable into the accounting system and process checks.
• Research invoices, including paid/unpaid status and check inquiries.
• Review automatic payment coding and required documentation.
• Support special AP projects as needed.
• Assist AP team with questions and training new staff.
• Maintain filing records as per system.
• Perform other duties as directed by AP Manager.
