Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices, including verification of charges and approvals per policy.
• Prepare weekly check run and ACH/Wire requests.
• Record AP transactions to the GL in NetSuite.
• Monitor and reconcile assigned company credit card activity.
• Import approved credit card activity to NetSuite ERP.
• Monitor recurring AP activity for missed invoices/payments.
• Maintain AP files and records and collect tax/insurance information from new payees.
• Assist with month-end AP reconciliations, including credit card and PO discrepancies.
• Maintain AP reports, including aging reports.
• Provide supporting documentation for annual audits.

We are seeking a Senior AP Specialist to join IPS by Nayax. As an Senior AP Specialist you’ll play a crucial role in our Accounting Department’s day-to-day operations. We’re looking for individuals who are ready to step in and take ownership of this role and make a real impact.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Processing of vendor invoices, including verification of charges and internal management approvals per company policy.
• Prepare weekly check run and ACH/ Wire requests.
• Record accounts payable transactions to appropriate GL accounts in NetSuite.
• Monitor and reconcile assigned company credit card activity.
• Import approved credit card activity to NetSuite ERP.
• Monitor recurring accounts payable activity for missed invoices/payments.
• Maintain AP files and records, to include invoice copies, tracking approved payment methods for each vendor and obtaining appropriate tax and insurance information from new payees.
• Assist with month end accounts payable reconciliations, including credit card and PO Resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Maintain accounts payable reports, including aging reports.
• Provide supporting documentation in support of annual audits.
