Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Sr. Manager of Asset Protection & Environmental Health & Safety to partner with Supply Chain leadership and drive enterprise safety, security, and loss-prevention strategies across the Distribution Center network.

You will lead a team of AP/EHS Managers and collaborate with DC leaders to build a world-class safety culture and ensure regulatory compliance. The role requires 7+ years in AP/EHS or related fields with 5+ years in multi-site leadership, strong OSHA

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Asset Protection, Environmental Health & Safety, Risk Management, or Supply Chain Security experience.
• 5+ years of leadership experience supporting multi-site operations within DCs, Warehousing, Manufacturing, Logistics, or Retail.
• Experience conducting workplace incident investigations and implementing corrective action programs.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and workplace safety compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Supply Chain leadership to implement AP/EHS strategies across Distribution Centers.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Asset Protection & EHS Managers across multiple DC locations.
• Drive safety performance improvements through root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Analyze safety, security, inventory, and operational metrics to identify risks and opportunities.
• Present findings and action plans to executive and Supply Chain leadership.
• Conduct DC assessments, operational reviews, and facility audits for policy and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with DC Directors and Operations to drive safety accountability.
• Lead or oversee investigations of workplace incidents, injuries, loss, fraud, and security breaches.
• Monitor OSHA recordables, workers' comp trends, inventory variance, and risk metrics.
• Support physical security programs including access control, CCTV, and alarms.
