Job summary

AtWork Group is seeking a detail-oriented AOI Inspector to join our electronics manufacturing team in Stacy, Minnesota. This position involves inspecting printed circuit board assemblies using Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) equipment to meet customer specifications and IPC quality standards.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of manufacturing or quality inspection experience preferred.
• Experience in SMT, PCB, or electronics manufacturing preferred.
• Knowledge of IPC-A-610 standards is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate and review AOI machine inspection results to identify defects and quality concerns.
• Inspect electronic assemblies and components for accuracy and compliance with specifications.
• Communicate production or quality issues to leads and team members promptly.
