Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee complex antitrust investigations and litigation independently.
• Collaborate with other state attorneys general, FTC, and DOJ as needed.
• Provide expertise in antitrust enforcement and litigation to executives and division attorneys.
• Mentor junior attorneys and support staff; manage high-profile matters.
