Qualifications

  • Strong multitasking and deadline management, plus written and oral communication.
  • In-person work at the OAG office.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct entry level to complex antitrust litigation in state and federal courts.
  • Initiate and conduct antitrust investigations, directing investigators and economists.
  • Provide antitrust information to state and local governments.
  • Draft petitions, motions, pleadings, orders, briefs, discovery, and memoranda.
  • Perform legal research and develop case materials for filing.
  • Coordinate trial preparation and assist in may coordinate others.
  • Represent the OAG before state or federal courts.
  • Provide legal counsel to client agencies and law enforcement entities.
  • Maintain confidentiality and comply with agency policies.
