Job summary

Affinex Capital is expanding its advisory-focused platform across key markets. You will meet with local families and retirees with living trusts to review estate plans and implement principal-protected retirement income solutions.

The role emphasizes consultative closing and a high-touch client experience in a commission-based, independent contractor setup. The opportunity offers substantial upside with pre-scheduled appointments and back-office support to maximize efficiency and conversion

Qualifications

• Active Life Insurance Producer’s License is required.
• 5+ years of active experience specializing in FIAs and retirement income planning.
• Proven track record of $2M+ in annual FIA production.
• Strong consultative closing with a client-first communication style.
• Comfortable in a 1099 commission-based structure with uncapped income potential.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-person, consultative appointments with pre-qualified clients with active living trusts.
• Analyze client financial profiles to identify gaps in retirement income and capital preservation.
• Design and present tailored FIA and safe-money income strategies.
• Collaborate with internal processing and case-design teams to streamline submissions.
• Maintain a high closing ratio with an exceptional client experience across your territory.
