Affinex Capital is seeking an Estate Planning & Insurance Advisor to meet with local clients, review living trusts, and present safe money strategies using fixed indexed annuities. The role offers a 1099 contract with commission-based compensation and fully scheduled calendars—no cold-calling required.

You will leverage our structured educational model, participate in world-class training, and rely on back-office support to focus on client meetings and wealth preservation conversations.

Qualifications

• Active Life Insurance Producer’s License required.
• 1–3+ years of experience in insurance sales or related closing roles.
• Contract role: 1099, commission-only with uncapped earning potential.
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex financial concepts simply.
• Willingness to follow a structured, proven educational presentation system.

Responsibilities

• Attend pre-scheduled, in-person appointments with local clients who have living trusts.
• Conduct structured reviews of client financial situations to identify gaps in retirement income.
• Educate clients on risk-managed, fixed indexed annuity options to preserve wealth.
• Follow a proven educational sales model to maintain high client satisfaction and close rates.
• Maintain an active schedule to match the steady flow of pre-set company appointments.
