Qualifications

• Five years of experience in biomedical research with small and large animals.
• Experience in trauma-related biomedical research in a DoD environment is highly desired.
• Certification(s) through AALAS (ALAT, LAT, and/or LATG) are a huge plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist and perform acute and recovery surgeries in small animals.
• Collect physiological data like blood pressure and heart rate.
• Perform data collection, management, and analysis for publication preparation.
• Maintain laboratory notebooks and track inventory of tissue samples.
• Coordinate work to ensure smooth operation and customer support.
