Qualifications

• Three years of related experience in laboratory animal research, laboratory animal care, or a training and compliance position.
• Additional education may substitute for required experience.
• Flexibility in required experience under JHU equivalency formula.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate inspections of animal housing facilities.
• Manage documentation and tracking of inspections.
• Conduct compliance rounds to monitor adherence to standards.
• Partner with the Training & Compliance Manager for inspections.
• Investigate animal-related noncompliance concerns.
• Coordinate and review animal use protocols.
