Job summary

Raymond James is seeking a highly skilled Senior Front-End Developer with strong Angular and TypeScript expertise to join the Developer Platform Engineering team. You will build and enhance enterprise applications and self-service platforms used across IT.

The ideal candidate contributes to scalable front-end architectures and high-quality software, collaborating with engineers, architects, product owners, and internal customers to improve developer productivity and visibility into project

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience building web apps with Angular (v14+) and TypeScript.
• Strong skills in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, SCSS.
• Experience creating responsive, cross-browser apps and consuming REST APIs.
• Understanding of component-based architecture and modern UI development.
• Experience in Agile environments and source control (Git).
• Familiarity with front-end performance, accessibility, and security best practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise web apps using Angular/TypeScript.
• Build modern, responsive UIs delivering top user experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Develop dashboards, reporting tools, and self-service features for DevOps workflows.
• Integrate with REST APIs, cloud services, and enterprise systems.
• Contribute to front-end standards, reusable components, and code reviews.
