Derex Technologies Inc is seeking a Senior Angular Architect to own the front-end architecture of CloudAI products and client solutions. You will define structure, manage state, and set standards for modern Angular development while working with back-end, data, and AI engineers to deliver coherent, accessible, and high-performance interfaces.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, or related field.
• 10–12 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Experience owning front-end architecture in production.
• Experience leading Angular version migrations or modernization.
• Experience designing a shared component library.
• Experience mentoring engineers and leading code reviews.
• Experience with React and Next.js preferred.
• WCAG 2.1 AA or Section 508 accessibility experience preferred.
• Must reside in the United States and authorized to work.

Responsibilities

• Own the front-end architecture of CloudAI products and customer solutions.
• Define app structure, module boundaries, state management, routing for Angular apps.
• Lead framework migrations and version upgrades, including legacy AngularJS.
• Diagnose rendering, performance, and bundle size issues via measurements.
• Mentor engineers on Angular patterns, TypeScript, testing, and accessibility.
• Collaborate with design to implement a reusable component library and design system.
