Job summary

Ideal candidates have strong C/C++, Java/Kotlin, and Android experience, plus familiarity with HALs, BSPs, and Linux drivers. The role emphasizes cross-functional teamwork and scalable software design.

Qualifications

• 5 years of software development experience in one or more programming languages (C, C++, Kotlin, or Java).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3 years of experience testing, maintaining, or launching software products; 1 year of large-scale design/architecture.
• 3 years of Android application development or Android platform/framework development.
• Experience with low-level systems programming, HALs, or Linux interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Write and test product or system development code in C, C++, and Kotlin/Java across low-level Android HALs, AIDL interfaces, and system services.
• Participate in design reviews with peers and cross-functional stakeholders to decide among technologies.
• Review code and provide feedback to ensure best practices and efficiency.
• Contribute to documentation and architectural specifications based on updates and performance metrics.
• Triage issues and debug/resolve impacts on hardware, kernel, network, or services operations.
