Qualifications

6-10 years of Android platform, BSP, embedded Linux, or device bring-up experience.
BS/MS degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
Hands-on experience with ADB, fastboot, bootloader, recovery, image flashing, and Android init.
Strong shell scripting and Linux command-line skills.
Experience debugging boot failures, SELinux issues, init services, and platform configuration problems.

Responsibilities

Bring up tiered memory prototypes on Android devices.
Build, flash, and validate Android kernel and platform images.
Integrate memory-related kernel features into Android init, vendor images, and SELinux policy.
Configure zram, zswap, swap, storage-backed memory, and runtime memory tunables.
Debug boot loops, init service failures, SELinux denials, and device-state issues.
Maintain ADB, fastboot, recovery, and rollback workflows.
Create clear setup guides and automation for converting devices into test platforms.
