Job summary

Havas CX Canada is seeking an Android Developer to join our Engineering team and build native Android apps with Kotlin and Jetpack Compose. You will translate Figma designs into reusable UI components and deliver polished mobile experiences.

Collaborate with Design, Product, QA and Engineering; participate in code reviews and ensure accessibility, performance, and consistency across the app. Remote or hybrid options available to support flexible work arrangements.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional Android development experience.
• Proficient in Kotlin and Jetpack Compose.
• Experience translating Figma designs into reusable UI components.
• Familiar with design systems and accessibility best practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop native Android user interfaces using Kotlin and Jetpack Compose.
• Build reusable UI components that align with enterprise design systems.
• Implement designs from Figma with attention to detail.
• Collaborate with UX designers, Product Managers, QA and engineers throughout delivery.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve UI and application issues.
• Document technical solutions where appropriate.
