Job summary

Techoundsllc is seeking an experienced Android engineer who is passionate about mobile applications and has deep knowledge of the Android platform, Jetpack Compose, MVVM, and MongoDB. The role emphasizes building high-performance UI and robust data flows from device to cloud.

You will work with Kotlin, Coroutines, and possibly Kotlin Multiplatform Mobile (KMM) while collaborating with a team to design scalable APIs.

Qualifications

• 10 years of professional experience developing native Android applications.
• Experience with Jetpack Compose and building high-performance, dynamic UI.
• Develop and maintain Android applications using Jetpack Compose and Kotlin.
• Experience with Coroutines, Kotlin Multiplatform Mobile (KMM).
• Strong Jetpack Compose and Kotlin Flows.
• Really strong database skills and data flow from device to cloud.

Responsibilities

• Build new functionality in the Jetpack Compose codebase and occasionally in the Android views codebase.
• Work and iterate on API design with input from the team and community.
• Develop and maintain Android applications using Jetpack Compose and Kotlin.
• Handle threading and race condition issues, ensuring performance and stability.
