Job summary
Dexcom, a leader in continuous glucose monitoring, is hiring a Senior Android Software Engineer for its San Diego team. You will design, develop, and maintain Android Apps/SDKs for a CGM device, helping improve lives of people with diabetes.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
- Minimum 2 years native Android app development experience using Kotlin.
- Experience with Agile environments and Jira/Confluence.
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or Github Actions.
- Experience with Espresso and JUnit automated tests.
Responsibilities
- Design and build applications for the Android platform.
- Implement requirements on Android apps and update design documents.
- Continuously evaluate and adopt new technologies to improve development efficiency.
- Collaborate with QA to ensure high quality product.
- Develop automated unit and integration tests.
- Participate in design, code and test reviews and provide technical leadership.
- Propose enhancements to apps to improve sustainability.
