Job summary

Embedded Shishya is seeking a senior Android developer to design, build, and maintain native mobile applications. The role requires 6+ years of hands-on Android experience with Kotlin/Java, Jetpack Compose, and REST/GraphQL integrations.

You will work with cross-functional teams across the software lifecycle and ensure high-quality code, performance, and security. The position is full-time with a 3-month term (potential extension).

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Native mobile app development experience.
• Strong knowledge of Android SDK, Jetpack Compose, and UI design.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and GraphQL.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain mobile applications for Android platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
• Participate in the entire application lifecycle from concept to maintenance.
• Debug and resolve issues to ensure optimal performance.
• Perform unit testing and ensure robustness and reliability.
• Participate in code reviews and share knowledge within the team.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and technologies.
• Implement mobile development best practices for high code quality and performance.
