7Th Sky Tech is seeking an experienced Android Developer to join our mobile development team in Dallas. You will design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality Android apps, collaborating with product, UI/UX, and backend teams.

The ideal candidate has 5–10 years of Android experience, proficiency in Kotlin/Java, and strong knowledge of Android SDK, Gradle, and Jetpack components. This full-time role offers growth and exposure to modern mobile projects.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of Android development experience.
• Proficiency in Kotlin and/or Java.
• Strong knowledge of Android SDK, Android Studio, and Gradle.
• Experience with Jetpack components (ViewModel, LiveData, Room, Navigation, WorkManager).
• Experience with REST APIs and API integration.
• Experience with Git version control.
• Strong UI development and responsive layouts.
• Good debugging and performance optimization skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop high-quality Android applications using Kotlin and/or Java.
• Build responsive, user-friendly, and scalable mobile applications.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and backend developers.
• Integrate REST APIs, third-party services, and SDKs.
• Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code.
• Perform application testing, debugging, and troubleshooting.
• Identify and resolve performance, usability, and technical issues.
• Participate in code reviews and follow software development best practices.
