Job summary

JPMorgan Chase's Firmwide P&A Transformation and Innovation organization seeks an Anaplan Solution Delivery Analyst to translate complex planning needs into scalable Anaplan solutions and ensure delivery quality.

You will collaborate with Planning & Analysis clients, product development, and stakeholders to manage requirements, testing, training, and implementation, with ownership and opportunity to influence firmwide planning processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or data science required.
• Strong communication across in-person, virtual, chat, email, and presentations; adaptable to audience.
• Understanding of standard financial forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes.
• Strong relationship-building with P&A professionals; ability to speak their language.
• Foundational project management: planning, scheduling, risk, resources and stakeholders.
• Translate business use cases into testable technical requirements for technology products.
• Test planning and execution to validate calculations in tools.
• Experience using the Anaplan platform as an end-user.
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with P&A clients as a trusted partner that understands their processes.
• Document client use-cases and translate them into Anaplan model and UX specifications.
• Partner with Product Development to refine requirements and align on release plans.
• Project manage solution implementations and feature updates, coordinating timelines and stakeholders.
• Maintain feed development efforts and prioritize backlogs in JIRA and the JPMC tool.
• Create intelligent test plans, execute testing, and coordinate user acceptance testing.
• Document test outcomes and traceability to requirements for quality/compliance.
• Train P&A users on new products and features to drive adoption.
• Support clients in implementing Anaplan solutions into business processes and continuous improvement.
• Troubleshoot data, logic, and UX issues; triage with Product Development as needed.
• Maintain solution documentation, playbooks, user guides, and communications.
