Responsibilities

• Build and validate quantitative workforce models translating workload drivers into FTE requirements.
• Analyze, clean, and prepare data from government systems to support modeling and planning.
• Perform feature engineering, regression calibration, and plausibility banding.
• Collaborate with Senior Data Scientists and AI engineers to integrate outputs into a front-end app.
• Ensure model assumptions and outputs are traceable and ready for client validation review.
