Job summary

Deloitte’s Government & Public Services team in the United States (Virginia) is seeking an Analytics and Insights Engineer III to design and deliver data pipelines, dashboards, and analytics products for public sector clients.

You will translate requirements into robust data models, develop scalable solutions, and collaborate with stakeholders across delivery teams. Travel ~10% and a focus on quality and timely delivery are expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years designing, developing, and implementing data engineering, analytics, or BI solutions.
• 3+ years of experience with Structured Query Language (SQL).
• 2+ years building data pipelines, data models, or dashboard/reporting solutions.
• 2+ years of experience with cloud, data visualization, or analytics tools used in enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Designing, building, and maintaining data pipelines, analytics workflows, and reporting solutions to support client objectives.
• Translating business and technical requirements into data models, dashboards, and insight-generating products.
• Developing, testing, and deploying analytics solutions using established engineering and quality practices.
• Collaborating with client stakeholders, developers, analysts, and project teams to support delivery milestones and issue resolution.
• Monitoring data quality, system performance, and solution outputs to identify defects and implement improvements.
