Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree a plus.
• Quantitative or life‑sciences related fields preferred (e.g., health sciences, analytics, engineering, economics, statistics, marketing).
• Experience: 3–5 years in life sciences analytics, consulting, or related fields.
• Experience with commercial pharma datasets, advanced analytics applications, omnichannel measurement, marketing analytics, or tech-enabled solutions is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with team members on Analytics projects to deliver high-quality data-driven solutions to clients.
• Coordinates with consultants and clients to identify business needs and develop customized solutions; educates and trains other team members on methodology.
• Develops and implements analytics and AI-driven approaches to forecasting, sales analytics, omnichannel measurement, and data science.
• Identifies key insights from complex data outputs and directly links them to the strategic implications for our clients’ business
• Participates in recruiting efforts as well as organizing training and mentorship support to junior staff.
• Creates and manage client proposals and presentations.
