Senior Analytics Specialist- Digital Agency (Remote)

Are you an analytics expert looking for a remote opportunity to work with a digital marketing agency that helps grow the world’s top life science companies?

We are looking for an experienced analytics expert who can implement end-to-end tracking—from first touch on the website through to lead generation and CRM integration—to deliver clear, actionable insights into marketing performance and ROI. This role requires the ability to unify tracking across platforms, analyze full-funnel performance, and clearly communicate marketing impact through compelling dashboards and reporting. Experience with Google Tag Manager, GA4, paid media platforms, and CRM tools (Salesforce & HubSpot) is essential.

Key Responsibilities Tracking Setup & Conversion Measurement

  • Implement end-to-end tracking via Google Tag Manager (GTM), capturing user journeys from initial interaction through to CRM conversion.
  • Manage onboarding for new clients by establishing baseline tracking infrastructure across websites and marketing platforms.
  • Define and implement event and conversion tracking aligned with KPIs in GA4, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, etc.
  • Set up and optimize tracking to support various attribution models (e.g., linear, time decay, position-based) for more accurate ROI measurement.
  • Implement enhanced conversions, cross-domain tracking, form tracking (including iframes), and consent-aware setups.
  • Data Integration & Reporting
  • Integrate data across platforms such as GA4, Google Ads, HubSpot, Salesforce, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn.
  • Connect website activity to downstream lead status and revenue for full-funnel visibility and marketing ROI attribution.
  • Maintain data integrity across systems and build automated data flows where applicable.
  • Dashboard & Insights Development
  • Create clear, visually compelling dashboards in Looker Studio (Power BI and Tableau experience a plus).
  • Design reporting views that reflect funnel stages, marketing channels, and attribution outcomes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to evolve dashboard designs based on business needs.
  • Analysis & Communication
  • Analyze performance across digital channels, identify key trends, and uncover optimization opportunities.
  • Deliver insights that connect media spend and engagement to lead quality, CRM outcomes, and revenue.
  • Educate internal teams and clients on how to interpret data and use dashboards for strategic decision-making.

Quality Assurance & Optimization

  • Conduct regular tracking and tagging audits to ensure accurate and reliable data across platforms.
  • Troubleshoot GTM, GA4, and CRM integration issues as needed.
  • Stay up to date with the latest analytics and attribution best practices, including data privacy and consent frameworks.

Competencies and Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in digital analytics, data strategy, or marketing performance reporting.
  • Demonstrated ability to implement end-to-end tracking from website behavior to CRM outcomes and ROI reporting.
  • Advanced expertise with Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4, including custom event and enhanced conversion setups.
  • Proficiency in applying and explaining multi-touch attribution models (linear, time decay, position-based, etc.).
  • Strong experience building dashboards in Looker Studio; familiarity with Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
  • Skilled at integrating and analyzing data from marketing platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta) and CRMs (Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Ability to design dashboards and reports that clearly communicate marketing impact, lead quality, and ROI.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with experience working with large, complex datasets.
  • Excellent communicator, capable of translating complex data into client-facing insights and actionable recommendations.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and consistency.
  • Collaborative and proactive team player comfortable working across disciplines (paid media, SEO, dev, CRO).
  • Understanding of SEO, SEM, and broader digital marketing strategies (preferred).
  • Experience in the life sciences industry is a plus, but not required.
