Job summary

ProCare Rx is seeking a reporting and analytics professional to build and maintain standardized and ad hoc reports from company databases. You will translate business questions into data solutions, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure testing and validation of outputs.

Responsibilities include ETL design, data warehousing support, dashboards and data extracts, and automating reporting processes. Strong SQL, BI tools, and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field or equivalent work experience.
• Strong working knowledge of data analytics to translate business questions into reporting solutions.
• Experience with MS-SQL and ability to write queries; SSIS and MySQL preferred.
• Experience with Python, Power BI, or similar BI tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, document, and support company-wide core/standardized and ad hoc reporting from reporting databases.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications, queries, calculations, dashboards, and analytics solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and validate outputs.
• Design, develop, and maintain reports, dashboards, data extracts, and BI tools.
• Design ETL functions and data integration processes; automate reporting workflows.
