MDVIP LLC in Boca Raton, FL is seeking a Senior Technical Product Owner for Analytics to lead the end-to-end backlog for data products. The role blends business insight with hands-on data work and agile delivery, working with partners across marketing, operations, sales, and member services.

You will analyze data assets, define requirements, and drive AI-enabled insights, prioritizing features with measurable business impact and clear acceptance criteria.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university.
• At least 3 years of related experience in product ownership, business analysis, or technical product management, preferably supporting analytics or data products.
• Strong hands-on data skills, including SQL and Python, analytics tooling, and experience with modern data platforms such as Databricks.
• Experience designing conceptual and logical data models
• Ability to serve as a liaison between business and engineering, own a product backlog, and facilitate agile ceremonies (scrum, backlog refinement, sprint planning)
• Experience building wireframes and dashboards with BI and data-visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau
• Practical experience applying AI/LLM tools in a product or analytics context

Responsibilities

• Own the product backlog and requirements for assigned data products.
• Translate goals into user stories, tech requirements, and acceptance criteria.
• Develop conceptual data models with data architects and engineers.
• Query and analyze datasets using SQL and Python to size opportunities and measure ROI.
• Run agile ceremonies to maintain clarity and alignment.
• Define and manage success metrics for shipped features.
• Apply AI throughout the product lifecycle to accelerate analysis.
• Create dashboards and visualizations using BI tools.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and regulatory alignment.
