- 4+ years of experience working cross-functionally with Engineering or Data Science teams
- 1+ year of hands-on experience with any programming language

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience providing data-based customer experiences that simplify complex information
- Deep knowledge of various types of Healthcare data and analytics tools
- Experience with forecasting, scenario planning, and financial analysis
- Technical experience with SQL, Cloud-based Architecture, PySpark, and Python
- Any data analytics experience is a significant plus
