Job summary

PJM Interconnection, LLC is seeking a Sr. Lead (Principal) Architect to guide governance, evolution, and operation of the enterprise analytics platform.

You will translate business requirements into scalable analytics solutions and manage project backlogs across multiple business units and teams. The role requires leadership, stakeholder management, deep analytics/architecture knowledge, and the ability to deliver reliable analytics outcomes in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years leading information systems/analytics platforms.
• Experience with BI tools (Azure, Databricks, Power BI).
• Agile/Scrum or hybrid delivery experience.
• Experience with cross-functional teams incl. data engineering, IT, security, and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise analytics support function and platform ownership.
• Collaborate with other departments and SMEs to align services with PJM needs.
• Define analytics platform roadmap and prioritize enhancements.
• Mentor analytics professionals and ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Ensure security, data quality, and compliance across solutions.
