Job summary

Human Interest is seeking a data-driven Analytics professional to help build the enterprise data stack and transform large datasets into actionable business insights. You will partner with engineers, product managers, and business teams to define data tracking and deliver dashboards in Hex, Salesforce, and Google Sheets.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in analytics, strong data storytelling, and the ability to translate data into strategic recommendations that move the business forward.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in analytics or data science.
• Ability to present stakeholders with clear, accurate recommendations based on data.
• Expertise in developing and maintaining compelling data visualizations.
• Experience building dashboards and reports in Hex, including Hex AI capabilities.
• Experience building dashboards and reports in Salesforce.
• Experience with Google Sheets or Excel for reporting.
• Experience with Salesforce process and flow development.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain data sets, models and visualizations.
• Create dashboards and reports in Hex, Salesforce and Google Sheets.
• Support and improve Salesforce processes and flows to streamline operations.
• Identify key metrics with business partners and establish perpetual tracking methods.
• Work with engineers and product managers to set data tracking requirements.
• Provide guidance and dashboards to track metrics and insights.
• Present insights to drive customer and business decisions.
• Deep dive into processes to identify opportunities for optimization.
