Job summary

AbbVie’s Analytics and Performance Excellence (APEX) team seeks a Senior Manager to independently lead analytics and market research initiatives shaping U.S. Immunology brand strategy, identifying payer opportunities, assessing risk, and delivering actionable recommendations that advance patient access and provider reimbursement.

You will guide pricing strategy, work with cross-functional partners, mentor junior colleagues, and translate complex data into clear narratives for senior leadership,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Business, Analytics, Health Economics or related field.
• 6+ years in pharmaceutical or healthcare analytics/market access roles.
• Experience across payer, manufacturer, consulting, or vendor environments.
• Proficiency in analytic tools (SQL, Python, R, Dataiku) and Power BI.
• Ability to lead projects and deliver insights in cross-functional settings.
• Strong communication skills to present to senior audiences.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead analytics and market research to shape US Immunology strategy.
• Assess payer opportunities, risk scenarios, and pricing strategy insights.
• Present findings to senior leadership and drive cross-functional decisions.
• Mentor junior team members in analytics and market research.
• Collaborate with market access, field teams, and external stakeholders.

Education
