Job summary

Blue Cross NC is seeking a senior analytics leader to manage enterprise BI strategy and a team of analytics professionals. You will partner with business and technology leaders to deliver scalable analytics solutions, data-driven insights, and executive reporting that drive strategic outcomes.

You will lead a portfolio spanning CX, digital channels, surveys, NPS, IT reporting, and AI-enabled analytics, shaping data requirements and a culture of insight across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree required for leadership in analytics.
• 8+ years of experience in analytics, BI, data science, or related field.
• Experience leading analytics teams and developing high-performing talent.
• Strong consulting, communication, and stakeholder management skills across business and technology.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering high-quality analytics outcomes.
• Experience leveraging Power BI, Snowflake, Tableau, Jira, ServiceNow, GitHub for insights and decision support; AI capabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of analytics professionals and partner with business and technology leaders.
• Promote advanced analytics tools and techniques to build analytics products.
• Collaborate with business units to craft analytics roadmaps and data-driven strategies.
