Job summary

PNC Financial Services Group, Inc. is seeking a Senior Business Analytics Manager in Pittsburgh to lead an analytics and data delivery team within Retail Data Solutions & Delivery.

You will own data assets, collaborate with agile teams, and drive governance, quality, and production readiness of data products. The role requires 8+ years in analytics with at least 5 years in management, strong BI, data integration and strategic planning skills, and a track record of delivering data-driven insights

Qualifications

• University degree required; Masters preferred.
• 8+ years industry experience with 5+ years in management.
• Experience leading analytics and data delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor an analytics and data delivery team, overseeing data analysis and data asset implementation.
• Lead design of a common data consumption layer for modelling, reporting and analytics.
• Serve as Product Owner for agile crews and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver data products.
• Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into Jira stories and tasks.
• Create and maintain testing docs, data lineage artifacts and source-to-target mappings.
• Provide regular status updates on sprints, releases and milestones and manage UAT and risk reviews.
• Ensure data is accurate, governed and production-ready.
