Walmart invites an experienced Senior Manager Analytics to Dover, DE, overseeing analytics for the commercial center's item initiatives. You will lead end-to-end item analytics, build roadmaps using SQL, Hive, Hadoop and BI tools, and translate data into actionable business outcomes for product, design, and marketing teams.

You will drive A/B testing, model vendor behavior, and craft dashboards to monitor health and performance across mobile and web platforms.

Qualifications

• Degree in business, design, math, analytics or related field.
• 3+ years in item analytics, data science, or e-commerce analytics.
• 3+ years leading cross-functional initiatives with product, design, business and marketing teams.
• Proficient SQL and ability to handle large datasets.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytics for the commercial center's item initiatives and drive insights.
• Develop end-to-end item lifecycle analytics and analytics roadmaps using SQL/Hive/Hadoop and BI tools.
• Support item disclosure, provide business-impact estimations and vendor behaviour profiling.
• Collaborate with product, design, business, and marketing teams to influence tests and decisions.
• Identify opportunities and develop quantitative models across categories.
• Prepare dashboards and KPIs to track item execution and health.
