Job summary

Radost Solutions is seeking a Senior Analytics/Data Engineer for a leading DTC home goods client. This fully remote role is US-based with West Coast preferred, offering contract engagement with potential conversion.

The ideal candidate will own data pipelines from ingestion to analytics-ready datasets, lead migration from Redshift to Snowflake, and mentor team members across data engineering and analytics engineering disciplines.

Qualifications

• 5+ years building production data pipelines and analytics solutions in ecommerce or retail.
• Strong programming in Python and SQL.
• Experience across data engineering and analytics engineering disciplines.
• Platform migration experience with data platforms (lead or major contribution).
• Experience with Airflow (workflow orchestration).
• Cloud data services on AWS; hands-on with dbt.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement data ingestion pipelines from ecommerce platforms and partners.
• Design scalable data models from raw data to analytics-ready datasets.
• Lead migration work from Redshift to Snowflake (infrastructure and modeling).
• Build ETL/ELT processes using Airflow, dbt, and modern data stack tools.
• Implement data quality monitoring and alerting systems.
• Manage cloud data infrastructure for performance and cost.
• Provide architecture guidance for Analytics Engineers.
